How to search for a prisoner in Federal Prison?

Header image

The BOP (Federal Bureau of Prison) has their official Inmate Locator which lets you search for incarcerated people in the federal prison system.

However, the government's tool is dated, works poorly on mobile, doesn't have very good filters, etc.

So, we at Parakeet Chat decided to build our own free tool, in line with our mission to support incarcerated people and their families.
